About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help revolutionise automotive experiences.

As part of the Product team, you will design for two distinct but connected audiences. Working across both B2B and B2C, you will tackle diverse design challenges, from consumer discovery journeys to internal tools, while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams.

You will own the complete design process, from conducting user research and defining problems to crafting beautiful, functional solutions that make a real difference. If you thrive on variety, enjoy solving complex problems and want to leave your mark on an industry ready for innovation, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to design products, features and assets across the product suite.

  • Turn complex challenges into simple, elegant solutions that meet customer needs, with a high level of craft and attention to detail.

  • Help define the design library across our products by improving pattern libraries, components and style guides as we evolve.

  • Build product knowledge by speaking with internal experts and users, monitoring feedback channels, and reviewing usage data.

  • Curate and design web pages that balance user experience with SEO best practices, ensuring content is discoverable while maintaining design integrity and usability.

  • Use data-driven insight and A/B testing to identify optimisation opportunities and validate UI improvements.

  • Create final, production-ready UI designs and assets that support key performance metrics.

What you will need

  • An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates strong user-centred and visual design capabilities across a range of projects.

  • The ability to present and articulate concepts clearly and concisely, driving productive discussion and moving work forward.

  • Expertise in design principles relating to branding and marketing, alongside an understanding of UX design, information hierarchy, user flows and typography.

  • A good understanding of information architecture, workflows, concept development and interaction design, with experience collaborating with leadership and Engineering teams to deliver value.

  • A deep appreciation of user needs and the ability to design around them.

  • Experience designing desktop and mobile journeys across B2C and B2B products.

  • An understanding of visual design theory, including typography, colour theory, composition and iconography, as well as analogue visual communication skills such as sketching.

  • Advanced prototyping skills and experience using Figma and AI tools.

  • Experience translating user research and usability-testing findings into iterative product solutions.

What we will give you

  • Compensation: Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.

  • Holidays: 28 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday.

  • Benefits and perks: Private medical insurance, learning and development opportunities, and mental health support.

  • Hybrid working: Flexible working across our Holborn, London office and home.
