About Tesco Mobile

Tesco Mobile is a 50:50 joint venture between Tesco and VMO2, established in 2003. We have grown from strength to strength as we have launched new services and entered new markets.

With more than five million customers, we are the UK’s largest mobile virtual network operator. We are proud of our inclusive Tesco Mobile culture, strong sense of community and the benefits of working for one of our shareholders.

We care about human connection and keep customers at the heart of everything we do. This is why we have embraced Agile ways of working.

Agile is more than a methodology. It is a journey that puts customers and purpose first, empowering us to self-organise, collaborate, co-create and rapidly inspect and adapt. It allows us to respond quickly to customer needs, encourages diverse thinking and helps us thrive individually and collectively.

We are proud to have an inclusive culture where everyone can be themselves. At Tesco, we celebrate diversity and recognise the value and opportunity it brings.

We are committed to creating a workplace where differences are valued and all colleagues have the same opportunities. We are proud to be an accredited Disability Confident Leader and are committed to a fully inclusive and accessible recruitment process. Find out more about accessibility support.

We are a large business and offer a range of full-time and part-time working patterns across our business areas. We work in a blended pattern, combining office and remote working.

Our offices remain places to connect, collaborate and innovate. If you are applying internally, speak to the Hiring Manager about what this could look like for you. Everyone is welcome at Tesco.
