Why This Role Matters
This is a pivotal role supporting our O+O — Offline and Online — strategy, delivering friction-free, end-to-end digital experiences across our health and beauty brands.
As a UX Designer, you will own and manage the design of key customer journeys across web, mobile and app platforms, using customer insight and experimentation. You will create experiences that convert faster and retain customers longer.
Working closely with Product, Technology and Commercial teams, you will transform complex challenges into intuitive, accessible solutions. You’ll help shape how millions of customers experience our brands, so we can put a smile on their faces today and tomorrow.
What You Will Be Doing
Own the design and continuous improvement of key customer journeys across web, mobile and app experiences, creating intuitive and engaging experiences while collaborating across multiple teams in the digital process.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and design concepts that bring ideas to life, communicate solutions clearly and support effective decision-making.
Use customer insights, behavioural data, feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities, uncover pain points and inform design decisions.
Translate research and insight into clear, evidence-based design solutions, validating ideas through experimentation and continuous optimisation.
Champion inclusive and accessible design, ensuring digital experiences meet recognised accessibility standards.
Contribute to the evolution of design systems, reusable components and UX best practices to drive consistency and efficiency, using AI where appropriate.
Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning and design excellence.
What You Will Bring
One to four years’ experience in a UX, Product Design, Customer Experience or similar user-centred design role.
Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys across web, mobile and app platforms that have improved engagement, satisfaction or commercial outcomes.
Experience using customer research, behavioural data and analytics to identify opportunities and inform design decisions, turning insights into simple, effective design solutions.
A strong understanding of e-commerce user experience best practices, ideally gained within a retail or customer-focused environment.
Experience creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate and validate ideas effectively.
Knowledge of accessibility standards, design systems and digital design best practices.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with confidence engaging business stakeholders.
A curious, proactive and team-oriented approach, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
How You Will Make an Impact
