About the role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape clean, accessible, and consistent interfaces for thousands of UCL staff and students.
This role is UI-led (around 70%) where you will play a pivotal role bringing polish, precision and design-system thinking to everything you do. In return, UCL can offer genuine career progression, with space to grow your own, unique UX practice.

What you’ll bring
A qualification or portfolio in design
Solid understanding of UI fundamentals and accessibility (WCAG)
Experience working with design systems (Figma is your toolkit)
Confidence handing over to developers and collaborating in agile teams
Great attention to detail, with the ability to present and explain your work
