Motion is transforming how care homes deliver person-centred care and communicate with families. Following a successful funding round, we are building a high-impact team to shape the future of care.
Whether you are building features, designing intuitive experiences, or developing strategic partnerships, you will play a key role in a startup where every wireframe, line of code, partner call, or design decision contributes to meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Lead UX across our internal and external platform
Design journeys, wireframes, and responsive interfaces
Translate feedback and research into design improvements
Apply accessibility-first principles
Collaborate with engineering and product teams
