We’re growing our London team and looking for a UX/UI Designer who brings curiosity, fresh thinking, and strong hands-on design skills. If you're passionate about crafting meaningful digital experiences—and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments—then we’d love to meet you.
About the role
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll partner with strategists, technologists, and other creatives to design digital experiences that are as useful as they are beautiful. You’ll contribute across the entire process—from early research and wireframes to final interface polish. If you can bring a story to life with custom illustrations or motion, even better.
What you’ll do
Translate insights and ideas into clear, engaging UX and UI design for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
Design wireframes, user flows, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using tools like Figma.
Add motion to interfaces and bring designs to life with micro-interactions, transitions, or short-form animations.
Collaborate with strategists, developers, and clients to deliver thoughtful, high-impact digital products.
Contribute to design workshops, user testing, and feedback sessions.
Who you are
A versatile designer with 3–5 years of experience working across UX, UI, and visual design.
A portfolio that shows strong user-centred design, polished interfaces, and attention to interaction detail.
Comfortable working across the full design journey—from research to delivery.
Confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
A collaborative, communicative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary teams.
Curious, proactive, and excited about solving complex design challenges in new ways.
Bonus points for
Experience creating and managing design systems.
Develop and apply illustration styles to enhance storytelling and visual brand identity.
Motion graphics or storytelling experience beyond UI.
Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment.
Skilled in illustration and/or motion design, with the ability to craft assets or animations that elevate digital experiences.
