We have Simon Beckerman (CEO/Co-founder) to thank for bringing DELLI to the scene. He successfully founded Depop — a fashion marketplace that sold to Etsy for $1.6B with 50M users in 147 countries, and a team of 500.

We raised our Seed round from Balderton and HV and are looking to speed up our growth. For that, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help take our product to the next level.

Your Role

You'll work closely with the Engineering, Product , Marketing and Community teams to design and build the future of our product experience.

On a daily basis your role is going to be designing solutions to all the problems that our community throws at us! From onboarding to discovery, from purchase to receiving the products at home.

You’ll have to create simple, clever and delightful experiences for browsing, searching, purchasing and fulfilment.

And last but not least, help our incredible makers community to grow their businesses by designing tools for them to produce, sell and deliver their products.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in product design with solid experience in UX interaction design design, and are comfortable owning the users discovery journey and conducting user research.

  • Most of your work will be app based, you have a good eye for details and a deep understanding of mobile design conventions and systems

  • You have proven experience in delivering best-in-class UX and designs.

  • You can comfortably prioritise your own work using an evidence-based approach to product development. You balance customer and business needs, focusing on work that will bring the biggest benefits to the team.

  • You are customer-obsessed. You are passionate about gaining a deep understanding of our customer's needs and problems and can communicate well how you think about addressing them.

  • You are analytical and can argue in data but also know when to trust your gut

  • Working in a Seed stage start up, you'll wear many hats. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast paced environment.
