We’re looking for a Product Designer to look after the ideation, creation and delivery of product designs that will help us expand our network of retail partners and improve our B2B digital products’ features and capabilities.
You will be designing the interactive journeys that demonstrate how we can integrate in to our retail ecommerce partners and online sales journeys.
The product designer will research and propose ideas and UX and UI approaches that help to drive our business and customer objectives forward.

What you’ll bring
The role requires the designer to demonstrate strong skills in both user experience and user interface design.
The role will have a strong focus on journeys for retail ecommerce, so previous retail ecommerce product design experience is essential.
You will require a focus on commercial goals and constraints as well as users needs, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver great experiences.
Desired experience and skills
To create comprehensive, tech-current and user-centred product designs (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interface design) for different digital journeys and products and prospective products, within a B2B environment
To iterate on the designs and confidently present concepts and rationale to stakeholders, and to carry out regular user tests, analysis and reviews
To work collaboratively within a squad and the wider product design team, with copywriters, front-end developers, product owners, business and data analysts, solution architects and other internal and external stakeholders as required
Proven product discovery and development skills from a retail ecommerce background
Ability to create marked up UI, provide clear design guidance and assets for developers and to perform detailed UI reviews
Expert knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools: Primarily Figma, but Adobe XD useful
A minimum of 3 years experience as a product designer, with a portfolio of commercial projects (ideally in retail ecommerce environment)
Related qualification – Experience design/ Product Design/ UX/UI / Web/ Design / Service Design
