Confirming a sponsorship

Send us the company name and the address you want on the agreement. We will issue the agreement, then the invoices. A call is welcome but not required.

What we need from you

As soon as possible after signing, and by the end of September for website and marketing:

  • High-resolution logo (SVG preferred)
  • Print-ready logo if you have one (outlined PDF, high-res JPG, or Illustrator)
  • The URL to link (homepage or a specific landing page)
  • Register your attendees (including exhibition staff where necessary) using the unique link we will send you

If you plan to exhibit, please also tell us:

  • Whether you will exhibit
  • What you will bring (for example a pop-up banner)
  • Whether you need a trestle table and tablecloth
  • Whether you need power

Tickets for stand staff

Anyone on a trade stand during the conference needs a ticket.

The tickets included in your package can be used for this. If you need more tickets than the package includes we offer sponsors extra tickets at a 50% discount. A unique link will be sent along with your package ticket link.

Exhibition

If you want a trade stand, you source it and bring it on the day.

Liaise with Emmeline ([email protected]) about arriving early to put it up.

The Dome can provide a trestle table and tablecloth.

Power is available if you ask in advance.

There is no parking at the venue: pick-up and drop-off only.

You need your own public liability insurance.

Premium includes a stand in the Foyer Bar. Headline includes a stand in a choice of position (typically about 12 ft wide by 6 ft deep).

Setup and clear-down are on the same day. We cannot accommodate large bespoke builds.

Payment and VAT

Sponsors based outside the UK are generally outside the scope of UK VAT for the sponsorship fee. Tickets included in the package are complimentary sponsor allocations and are not charged separately.

Bank details, including IBAN, are on the invoices.
