Emerging Methods
UX Brighton 2026 is a one-day conference on Friday 6 November at the Brighton Dome. The theme is Emerging Methods.
The site puts it this way: the fundamentals of UX haven’t changed. You still find out what people need, design solutions, test them, and build them. What is changing is how each of those steps gets done. The day is about which new approaches are worth your attention, which borrowed techniques translate well to UX, and which older methods are finally practical. It is for researchers, designers, and developers.
The aim of the day is practical. Leave with something you can remember, and use on the next project.
What you can take back
- A clearer sense of which methods are worth trying, and which are noise.
- Ideas you can use on the next project, not only a set of slides.
- Time with other UX people, including the evening before at The Fountainhead and drinks at the venue after the conference.
