The Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce UX Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of the V&A’s e-commerce retail experience. You’ll lead the design of user-friendly, visually engaging, and conversion-focused journeys across our ecommerce website — helping to bring the V&A’s world-class brand to life online.
In this role, you’ll translate customer insights, user behaviours, and business goals into seamless end-to-end journeys. From refining navigation and enhancing product discovery to optimising the checkout experience and designing for mobile, your work will ensure that visitors can effortlessly browse, shop, and purchase with the V&A across all devices.
Your designs will directly contribute to improving customer satisfaction and driving commercial performance — making it easier for users to engage with the V&A online while supporting our revenue goals.
