The Vacancy

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented UI/UX Designer on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will enhance the digital development team's capabilities around web design and user experience, driving conversion and improving overall satisfaction. You will lead design enhancements to existing pages and structures, as well as create new designs based on data-driven insights. Your work will involve analysing feedback tools, in-site surveys, and user recordings to guide UI/UX improvements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create UI/UX designs in collaboration with the development team to improve user satisfaction and conversion.

  • Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis, including analytics, heatmaps, and user testing.

  • Design and optimise website interfaces and pages, ensuring they are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and accessible.

  • Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to iterate and validate design concepts.

  • Implement A/B testing and analyse results to drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring WCAG compliance and enhancing mobile usability.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and apply learnings to improve Megger’s digital presence.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of agency experience or equivalent in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven graphic design ability and strong understanding of user flow and behaviours.

  • Proficiency in Figma and other UI/UX tools.

  • Experience with user research methodologies, including A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable design improvements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
