About You
You are a UX designer with an emphasis on clear, clean, and fun interactions. You are a true UX practitioner. A process nut. You are creative, intuitive, and always learning. You have an interest in providing a healthy way for users to escape the stress of the day.
What You’ll Do
Craft high-quality designs for our web and mobile platforms and own your designs from initial concept through to implementation
Contribute to and help evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across products and platforms
Create interactive prototypes to share and explain your designs and micro interactions using Figma, Protopie, or Origami
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Copywriters, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into effective UI designs
Present your design proposals and clearly articulate your decisions, backing them up with contextual rationale and user insights
Help your design teammates and provide constructive feedback in design reviews
Preferred Skills
3+ years of professional product design experience on consumer applications or mobile games
An online portfolio of strong mobile or web design work
Deep knowledge of Figma and experience working with established design systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow you to explain your design decisions
Sense of ownership and responsibility
Bonus Points
A love for the game of Chess and knowledge of our product
Experience designing for mobile games
Motion design and UI animation skills
Design engineering or frontend development experience
About the Opportunity
This is a full-time position
We are 100% remote (work from USA or CA!)
