What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented UX Writer to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission
Ability to carefully and thoughtfully improve interface texts while working closely with product designers, researchers, developers, the legal team, and product managers;
Ability to justify every decision you propose;
Understand and account for the specifics of developing IT products;
Quickly grasp the logic of nearly any interface and feel comfortable asking the right (sometimes, wrong) questions;
Proactively and timely gather the necessary information from internal stakeholders to prepare the UX copy;
Write about complex topics in a clear, concise, and simple manner;
Dive into specific B2B, Open Banking and other fintech terminology;
Prioritise tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines;
Ability to follow and participate in creating editorial guidelines and advocate for them when working with stakeholders;
Conduct regular audits and perform planned and ad hoc corrections of existing UX copy;
Monitor quality of localisation.
What are your skills and experience
Over 3 years of experience as a UX product writer
At least 3 years of experience working in Fintech and B2B
English: native level
Excellent knowledge of Figma
Understanding the inner workings of, and ability to work within an IT product structure
Skilled at writing in a clear and modern manner, ability to adjust writing style as necessary
Capable of asking the right questions and digging into details
Respectful of guidelines and able to contribute to them
Other languages are an advantage

Our budget for this role is €2800-€3300 gross per month. We give preference to candidates located within a 2-3 hour time difference from Central European Time (CET)
