Senior UI Designer - Loyalty & Support

Tesco

London, Hybrid

About the role

Senior UI Designers define the visual quality and interface craft within a significant product area — shaping direction as well as delivering it. You set the standard for what great looks like across visual design, interaction completeness, and system coherence, and ensure that standard holds across everything the team ships. You'll be embedded in a squad working across Loyalty (including Clubcard) and Customer Support, partnering closely with UX Designers, Engineers, Product Managers, Proposition, and Lead Designers evolving the interaction system. You'll also collaborate with the Design System team and designers across connected surfaces including Shopping, Financial Services, and Marketplace. You're deeply hands-on, shaping the interface directly while raising the craft of the designers around you.
