📈 What is the role?
As Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for building a delightful product experience and shaping a high performing team.
What you’ll do
Lead the development of design standards and best practices that scale, ensure team cohesion, and promote craft excellence
Design elegant, user-centered components and experiences across the Deducta application
Shape product flows, interactions, and visual designs that promote trust and genuine excitement
Collaborate with other designers and engineers to prioritize challenges, own solutions from inception through deployment, and launch improvements and new features
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and investigate opportunities for improvement
Do all of the above with an obsessive focus on end user delight
Success in this role means

Owning design improvements from idea inception through prototyping and deployment
🧩 Who will be the right fit?
We are looking for an experienced product designer (5+ years) with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to pick out a problem and own the solution from proposal to deployment, and the desire to build up foundations of a high performing design practice.

Experience building and maintaining design systems, best practices, and component libraries that scale with the product
Experience working closely with engineers, other designers and customer facing team members
Fluency in creating high fidelity prototypes quickly
Experience conducting and synthesising user-research to inform design decisions
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work, from research and conceptualisation through to shipped products
Comfort presenting and defending design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences alike
