Hey there, future changemaker!
At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.
Your mission
Understand product and user needs: identify gaps, define clear objectives, and set focus areas to guide effective and user-centered interface design.
Create and validate design hypotheses: develop interface hypotheses, describe user scenarios, and clearly explain design decisions.
Conduct independent research: define hypotheses, select appropriate research methods, run studies, and analyze results to inform design choices.
Evaluate design impact: assess the effect of design decisions on the product and their implementation cost, selecting solutions that deliver maximum value.
Ensure quality of implementation: conduct design reviews, verify interface logic, check alignment with mockups, and monitor interface behavior.
Build structured and precise UI elements: create well-organized, consistent, and detailed interface components with strong attention to detail.
Document interfaces for development: prepare detailed screens, logic descriptions, and flows for developers, ensuring clear communication to align mockups with the final product.
Contribute to the Design System: participate in creating, maintaining, and improving the product’s Design System.
Your skills and experience
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design (banking, fintech, or SaaS is a strong advantage).
Strong analytical mindset: ability to work with user research and product data, define hypotheses, analyze results, and draw actionable insights.
Strategic problem-solving: ability to operate at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and product constraints, selecting solutions that deliver maximum value.
Clear, evidence-based communication: able to justify design decisions using research, data, constraints, and product logic, and explain the rationale to both team members and stakeholders.
Cross-functional collaboration experience: comfortable working closely with engineering, QA, analytics, and product teams.
Expertise in systematic design: ability to build scalable, coherent solutions and maintain them through a Design System.
Ability to create strong, user-centered UX concepts that are both visionary and grounded in real user needs.
Proactive, self-driven approach: able to independently identify challenges and opportunities, take ownership of solutions, and drive initiatives.
Experience delivering impactful design solutions across all phases of the product development lifecycle, from research and prototyping to implementation and iteration.
Attention to implementation quality: able to conduct design reviews, verify interface logic, and ensure alignment with mockups and product behavior.
