Some of our User Centred Design Team, including our CXO, Jon Rimmer, attended last week's UX Brighton at the Brighton Dome. UX Brighton started in 2008 and is one of the best UX conferences out there, offering inspiring sessions with a real community ethos. And the venue is pretty cool as well. 'Design Teams in the A.I. Era: A Practical Playbook for Adaptation' session with Oleksii Tkachenko and 'Reflection to Action – finding your way forward' with Laura Dalrymple were the sessions with the biggest thumbs up from #TeamMercator, but all the keynotes were really well received.
