Well, that was enormous fun (as ever) and enormous food for thought It *is* the era of AI, not just for our own workflows and UX practitioners, but for users. While I'm a sceptic, I mean that in the most positive sense. I'll always be on the side of the humans, not the tech, and the advent of AI is no different. I can't recommend all the speakers enough but particular thanks to Glenn Jones for making the unfathomable fathomable and accelerating my knowledge in the space once again, Hannah Beresford for sharing some tangible insights into user's responses to AI and how we can support them, and Maggie Appleton who is my new 'let's just build a better world' hero and absolutely restored my faith in tech practioners. Thank you to Danny Hope and Annie-Marie Page 🪴 for having me and to all the usual suspect who know who they are for your ongoing inspiration, company and just general cleverness. Totally re-motivated to get back to my team with ideas about how we can support users and clients in this phase of interaction, research and design. 🤖 https://www.linkedin.com/in/louisebloom/Louise Bloom
