Tom Matthews and I had a great day out at UX Brighton last week. As ever, there were some great speakers and insightful perspectives on design and what's shaping its future. The event always feels great conversation, and I'm already looking forward to what next year has in store. My highlights and key takeaways: ๐Ÿ”‘ Zachary Rattner summed it up: not having all the answers is ok; be comfortable with that and move fast, iterate with honesty and "design for what's barely possible." AI-driven product development shows how moving quickly can create breakthrough innovations. ๐Ÿค James Lang & Laura Dalrymple provided thought-provoking and engaging narratives on reflection and self-determination, approaching change with hope and confident action. โœจ AI can elevate your competency on any subject from zero to good. Use this power to experiment and innovate, pushing your creativity into areas you previously thought impossible. The future of AI in retail and eCommerce spaces is incredibly exciting. Rather than fearing disruption, I'm energised by the possibilities to enhance human creativity and solve meaningful problems through thoughtful AI integration. Looking forward to applying these insights at StoryStream as we continue pushing boundaries with AI-powered product discovery experiences! #UXBrighton2025 #DesignLeadership #AIinDesign #RetailTech #StoryStreamJames Brannon
