We explored the intersection of AI and UX design, diving into some eye opening insights on how AI can enhance decision making, foster authentic user connections, and reshape traditional research methods. Highlights included: Will Taylor ‘s exploration of AI technologies that can inspire and guide UX design. Glenn Jones ‘s discussion on the future of conversational AI and its impact on user interfaces. Hannah Beresford ‘s findings on user interactions with AI features, challenging common assumptions. Manú Bartlett & Ewa Koc ‘s strategies for building user trust in AI products. Pablo Stanley ‘s insights into emerging UX patterns beyond traditional chatbots. Philip Bonhard ‘s perspective on the ethical considerations in AI-driven design. Kwame Ferreira’s innovative approach to using synthetic users for real-time insights. Maggie Appleton ‘s emphasis on building trust networks to combat low quality AI content.
