It was so nice to connect with other designers and listen to talented people talk about how AI impacts user experience. ✨️ My key takeaways: - AI in Testing: Hannah Beresford shared a brilliant way to prototype chatbot interactions with GenAI, turning it into a live, user responsive test environment. - Synthetic Users: An intriguing look at 'synthetic users' by Kwame Ferreira, showing how AI driven personas nay not be as scary as you'd think. - My personal favourite: Maggie Appleton's thought provoking talk about AI as the double edge sword that it is. More than anything, I'm grateful for the opportunity to meet amazing designers and expand my horizons in the amazing world of Product.
