Roles and responsibilities
Your role will be to design for Companion. You will be reporting into a lead designer and working in a lean cross-functional product team made up of product managers, designers and developers. You will be responsible for:
Deeply understanding the users you are designing for: gathering user requirements, rapid prototyping to test your designs and continuously iterating to improve our current features.
Developing beautiful and intuitive designs: building high fidelity wireframes ready for development and managing our design system.
Develop and maintain design systems follow style guides, improve and manage r documentation to ensure consistency across the platform.
Ensuring our platform matches your vision: working closely with developers to make sure they are building to your specifications.
2-3+ years experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar preferably working in an agile environment.
Passion for UX: you believe great design starts with the user and have experience conducting user interviews / testing to collect unbiased feedback.
Understanding and experience with utilising and managing Design Systems
Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
